ADATA SU630 SATA3 SSD release: QLC flash memory, read speed 520MB / s

  On November 15th, ADATA announced that it will introduce the SU630 SSD with 2.5-inch form factor and SATA3 interface. The biggest highlight of the SU630 is undoubtedly the use of 3D QLC flash memory, starting capacity of 240GB, while offering 480GB and 960GB options. Performance, with SLC cache, continuous read speed of up to 520MB / s, write speed of up to 450MB / s.

In advanced features, it supports LDPC ECC verification, and is equipped with SSD toolbox and hard disk data transfer tool. It also incorporates seismic (1500G/0.5ms) and temperature resistance (0°C ~ 70°C).

Unfortunately, the official did not announce the specific price.

According to the data, the consumer-grade QLC flash SSDs that have already appeared are mainly Intel 660p and Yingruida P1, both of which are SM2263 master, M.22280 form, and 500GB start. At present, the price of the British Ruida P1 500GB is 899 yuan, even if it is the original granules of Micron, the total number of bytes written is only 100TBW.

As the august is used to the price road, the SU630 is a SATA 3 product, and the price should be more advanced.
