In appearance, everything is normal, except for the small Burr on the case of resistors. If you plan to install on the radiator-check that the surface adjacent to the radiator was without burrs, they are easy to remove. Ordered 10 resistors, vwebd resistance values range from 1.009 to 1.049 ohms (measured by instruments), tks did not check
