All chips from different batches. Of 10 2 chips work without load. With the load, no PWM chip is started. The rest give out 15-16 volts instead of 24 volts and constantly the boiler board goes into restart. Argue doesn't make sense. Time is more expensive. You have a coronavirus in there, and we're in a quarrel on some chips.
