Of the ordered 20 pieces, 4 pieces were defective-the capacity is one and a half times the nominal and very high leakage. The rest of the parameters when measuring on the mega-328 device: Capacity 24-26 UF, ESR 1.3-1.7 Ohm, leakage (vloss) 2.8-3.5%. For all measured parameters, Matsushita 22UF 16V was worse than the same in capacity and dimensions.
