Microcontrollers though packed in plastic blister-not new. Four of the five included bits of tactile from the outer quartz. For resets need either high voltage programmer or AVR ATmega fusebit doctor. After reset, the controller is read and written. Check all ports of desire no. I will use for non-responsible crafts. In general, the purchase for the lover :)
