The BPW34 photodiodes (10pcs) I received are exactly as described. I tested them all using a multimeter. These are my first photodiodes by the way. I measured that voltage across the diode changes with the amount of light hitting the diode. The voltage is under 1mV in a completely dark room, it's 280-350mV in my room (my room is not too dark and not too bright), it's 570mV in direct sunlight (no clouds). All the above tests were done at 10:30AM at the end of April.The current generated by the diode also changes with the amount of light.The package I received also contained 3 other items I also ordered from this seller. My entire order was 10pcs PBW34, 20pcs LM358, 20pcs LM393 and 20pcs NE555. The other items are also exactly as described and they work well (I tested them). So my entire order went really well.
