All of the 10 pcs don't work!!! I could not open communicate to get refund!!! It took 72 days to receive goods!!! Seller did not answer any questions after I informing him that goods does work!!! (I ordered on Nov 5, 2019. I did not receive goods by Jan 6th 2020 and I tried to contact Zeano. Due to new Zeano customer support system, I did not familiar with it hence I could not reach customer supporter. Also, after trying to contact Zeano on Jan 6th, this order was marked as "finished" while I still did not receive goods. I received goods on Jan 17th. I tried 1st item but it didn't work then I tried all the 10 pcs but no any items work. I bought another goods from local suplier and they work well, hence I open communicate to get refund on Jan 21th but it was over 15 days from the day this order was marked "Finished" and I could not open communicate)
