Packed normally, delivery NP. In appearance, everything is OK, the book is good. Resistors correspond in denominations and quantities. Exactly 1% are not sure (since the idea should be marked by other codes). Optionally measure-I get a difference of 1-3%, but here also the question to the device. To buy I can recommend, the book is very convenient, I pack in such and other components.
