The seller is good. The thyristors from the past order at the top are very good. 1. the crystal area is 25 mm2 5*5mm, which can be seen in the photo of accidentally burned typist. 2. have the marking of the IR firm which they are to be produced. 3. copper lining. 4. withstand a pulse current of 250A (voltage 450v) with a duration of 1 ms, tested by discharge capacity of 300 UFC per load, using an oscilloscope and shunt. (no more could not check there was no possibility). Previous batch original 100%! !!!!!!!!!!!!! A little more came this time. 1. the shape of the substrate is other (bottom row on the photo) 2. no IR engraving. 3. the body thickness of to-247 is less than the previous one. 4. The substrate is completely Copper (not magnetized as the previous batch), I will check for the pulse current supplement, but obviously it is something else. They may be as good, but it's not exactly.
