Not original BPW34 for sure (I have the original OSRAM in my hand). There are a mixed lot of thephotodiodes produced showing different output current at the same light intensity, cwebbration becomes necessary for more consistent light response. A lot of surface scratches on all 10 pieces.Why not simply put them on a tiny piece of foam in in the packaging?
